How A Man Crawled On Mud Water To Propose To His Girlfriend And She Said No

A Nigerian Man in Owerri, Imo State Nigeria recently crawled on mud water to propose to his girlfriend, and she didn't accept. 

The devastated man went on the floor and begged her to accept his proposal but she bluntly refused.

The Anonymous personality who shared the video sent this, "I witnessed it live. The man said he saw her through school, rented and equipped her shop, bought her a small car only for him to propose to her and she didn't accept.
